Acrobatic Arts are based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acro Dance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sports acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. The Jazz portion of class brings elements of traditional dances from African and Latin cultures. Students learn technical dance training while working on isolations, improving performance and develop complexity in musicality. Blending the two classes creates a fun dynamic atmosphere while listening to Pop, Jazz and Broadway music.
